Your crisis communication partner

Calm, clear, credible crisis communication when it matters most.

Cyber security and AI-related crises are no longer a question of if, but when, they’ll happen.

When a cyber incident hits, how you communicate with customers, stakeholders and communities matters as much as the breach itself – because that’s where trust, reputation and community confidence are won or lost.

Why it matters

A cyber incident can strike any organisation at any time, and how you respond in the critical first hours can make all the difference.

How we help

When a cyber incident hits, you need more than a technical fix, you need a clear, confident voice.

Our solution

Our toolkits give your organisation the practical resources and knowledge to communicate clearly and calmly when a cyber incident strikes, so you’re never starting from scratch when it matters most.

Who is it for?

Built for any organisation that relies on technology

First Response is for any organisation or business, regardless of whether you are small, large, public or private. If you use an IT network, have a contact list or manage a database, you need to be prepared before a cyber incident occurs, so you can recover faster and get back on track.
