The Pressure Test: Crisis Scenario Exercise is most suitable for those who play a vital role in crisis management for your organisation.
This includes senior leaders/management, communications, public relations, and marketing leads and team members.
The Pressure Test is a facilitated session (available either as a desktop or full exercise) that is based on a realistic scenario. We walk your team through key decisions, roles and communications in a simulated crisis that evolves in real-time. As you work through it, you’ll be able to identify gaps and pressure points and build clarity and confidence in your response.
Yes, it’s suitable for teams with no prior preparation. We generally recommend involving team members who have a role in crisis management for your organisation, as they’re best placed to get the most value from it.
The scenario is inspired by real New Zealand crises and develops in real-time. As you actively manage the evolving situation, you’ll receive live crisis guidance and advice.
When the scenario concludes, your team will debrief with the facilitator, discussing what did or didn’t work and follow-up actions. There will also be time to reflect on the experience through your unique organisational lens.
